My Thoughts

Awakening You is the third installment of Ayden and Lyric’s love story. There is a lot more steam, drama, mystery, and beautiful emotion.

Lyric and Ayden’s love story is hitting its peak. Both of them have crossed the line between friends and lovers. They are pushing their bounds. I love how their relationship talks about the real emotion behind intimacy. Ayden’s past still haunts both of them. Lyric’s patience with Ayden is amazing.

I like how the story picks up right after the second book. The answers to Ayden’s past keep on being revealed. The new relavation of his sister is extremely shocking. Sorensen really does know how to keep on adding more twists and turns. The entire book had me going at my toes.

This book felt more like a novella though. I just wish it was longer and more like the end of their love story. However, there is a fourth book. While this book was short, it did not drag at all. There was still the same adorable characters, beautiful plot, and emotion.

Overall, great third installment!
